Shanu (Tai) Okwesa is the Managing Broker and Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager for Equilibrium Realty. He manages the firm’s real estate brokerage activities and Equilibrium Properties’ Mid-Atlantic investments portfolio. He also represents clients in property acquisition and sales throughout DC, MD and VA.
Shanu has lived in the Washington metro area since attending high school in the Virginia suburbs. He attended the George Washington University, where he earned a BA and MBA in Finance. Prior to his real estate career, he worked as a management consultant for established Beltway firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte and SAIC.
